So I have been hard at work on my greeting cards but haven't been posting pictures, so I decided I needed to update. I had several Christmas Card orders and wouldn't you know it that I didn't take a single picture of any of them! I might try to replicate some of them to include in my samples.
Here are my Valentines..I think I will try to get a few without the cellophane wrappers but it should be noted each card comes individually wrapped. Click on the images for a larger view...
I really like these ones...the paper hearts that I made are to resemble the traditional "box of chocolates" that we have all received at one time or another!
Then I did more of the others as well (i.e. thank you, birthday etc) pictured below - all of these will be on sale at Colonial Optical in Kirkland http://www.colonialoptical.com/index.html next week!
If you are interested in any of them, or would like to place a custom order for save the dates, invitations for showers/weddings or other parties/special occasions, just email or Facebook me. I am reasonable and have a very quick turn around time! I will work with you to create a set of cards are truly one of a kind! Email: meg_lockhart@hotmail.com.

I have had several orders placed and sent over the past month which is helping my hobby pay for itself! I am currently running a special that if you order over $20.00, the shipping is free. I also do custom orders which usually entails me making several "mock-ups" for you to review and help me to finalize. The process can be as hands on or off as you wish!

On a roll!
Okay, here are some that I have been working on to try and build a good base of signature cards. Here are the new birthday cards I just started doing - I like them because you can use them for adults or for children. They are good for any age....
I also have a few that would be ideal invitations. I thought I would either put on a tiny "little" note under the flower "You're Invited" or the person's initials. Anyway, you can see what I mean below:
These would be good for baby shower invitations/announcements or baby congratulatory cards:
I liked the tropical feel of these:
Here are my Graduation ones that I sent this year - I put the year in the bottom right front corner of each of them:
Anyway, I have more that I am working on and will post as I finish them. I ordered a new, bigger stamp for the back with my contact information so I won't have to include a separate card with each of them. I also have cellophane wrappers that I will wrap each one in. Overall, I am very pleased with how they have turned out!

Finished set of 50 invitations!
Lately I have been working on my greeting cards at a rapid pace. I was engaged to do 50 invitations for a Phongraph party in the middle of July, so I finished them yesterday. Here are a few pictures of what they look like - I used several different backgrounds and a picture that the client had emailed to me. Overall, I think they turned out fabulous!

Ahh, the complexity of what to write first.
I designed this blog to make it easier for people to locate me should they receive one of my cards as a gift. If you like what you see, email me and I can make some for you too! It's that simple!
